Meeting  disappear
Hi, I have Exchange 2003 SP2 (SBS2003) and Outlook 2003. My clients complains that some time meeting disappear from their calendar. I want to configure tracking as described on Article ID: 971435. http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;971435 But i need store.ttd file. Microsoft support tell me that i need SA. I want to know if any one have this file and can send me. Thanks.

Before you start diving that deep, have you checked to see if the person owning the calendar has a delegate? Have they granted more permissions to other users than they intended to? Permission issues are the primary reason for missing meetings on calendars (and missing items in mailboxes). The second most popular issue is that users have set their mailbox to deliver to a PST instead of leaving it on the server. When this happens, the user check their online mailbox instead of their PST and finds the mail disappearing. If you can rule out both of these issues, then it's time to start diving into other less obvious problems.

Turning on calendar logging isn't going to show where it went - it will only show what happened to anything after logging was enabled. While neither of the secretaries may have deleted the meeting, it may well have ended up in their mailbox instead of the CEO's. It's also possible (though not probable) that the Blackberry caused the issue. Check the secretaries calendars, then check the deleted item retention in the CEO's calendar folder. If you still can't find it, then turn on your logging so you can determine if anything else is lost and how it was lost.

Hi, Per my knowledge, the store.ttd file is a Microsoft internal evolving utility that is updated frequently to fix issues on a case-by-case basis. Please contact Microsoft for the file. You didn't say in your responses if you checked the secretaries' mailboxes or the deleted item retention folder of the CEO's calendar for this meeting.
